Rosewood Pavillion is a permanent marquee set in acres of open land on the outskirts of Newmarket. It’s also part of a privately owned stud.
The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and is available for exclusive hire. It has full heating & lighting, a fully licensed bar, a specific area for dancing and lots of parking for guests. The marquee decor can even be personalised to your own requirements.
The staff here are really friendly too, going the extra mile to make sure your event runs exactly the way you want it to.
Rosewood specialises in hosting weddings and can hold up to 300 guests seated for dinner. They’re also able to host many other types of function.

On top of all of this, Rosewood is also able to offer accommodation via their Waterside Lodges which sleep between 4-8 people, meaning your guests don’t have to disappear at the end of the night.
From a DJs point of view, this is a lovely venue to work in. Getting the equipment in and out is nice and easy, there are plenty of mains sockets in reach of the equipment, there is no sound limiting equipment and effects such as smoke and haze are allowed.
