Alice and Dan’s evening reception was ALWAYS going to be a fun night!

Alice booked me on the back of the job I did at her sister’s wedding a couple of years ago, along with the same band and photographer so together, we must have all made the right impression.

Weddings at Bedingham’s are always a lot of fun, and always in the relaxed and rustic style. The only problem with Alice and Da’s is that I had to set up before the band started, and there’s not a lot of room for this to happen. Luckily having worked at Bedingham’s on many occasions, I knew of another way of doing things so it was the band one side of the room, and me with a slightly reduced size setup from normal on the other.

It worked an absolute treat.

Guests were up and dancing the moment the band started, and happily continued to dance their socks off until the very end of the night.

And the playlist that caused this much dancing?

This was an easy night from my side of the booth. Alice and Dan had chosen the music they wanted in advance and asked me not to take guest requests.

Their selections were spot on and with the guests I had in front of me, I would have actually gone down a very similar route if left to my own devices.
